DESCRIPTION:The annual Wyoming County Maple School & Trade Show will take place Dec. 9. The event will be conducted 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Attica High School on 3338 East Main St. It will be hosted by the Attica FFA. \nThe annual event features maple experts sharing knowledge and giving updates on new developments. \nSession topics will include: \n\nMaple Syrup Production for Beginners.\nFunding Opportunities.\nMaple Marketing and Promotion.\nValue Added Maple.\nInvasive Species.\nVacuum Pumps.\n\nThose attending are also encouraged to bring their hydrometers and refractometers to be checked. \nRegistration is $15 and will include lunch and door prizes. \nThose interested may register online at https://reg.cce.cornell.edu/MapleSchool2023_256 or visit the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Wyoming County at 36 Center St. Suite B in Warsaw
