Black Creek Preserve Tree Planting

Join the Western New York Land Conservancy for a tree planting party at their newly protected Black Creek Preserve in Allegany County! Volunteers will help plant 75 native trees along Black Creek to improve wildlife habitat, stabilize streambanks and protect water quality. This is a great opportunity to get outside, work with your hands and make a lasting impact. Volunteers will also help dig holes, install deer fencing and posts to protect the young trees, and haul water and mulch to give them the best chance for success.
