The annual Wyoming County Maple School & Trade Show will take place Dec. 9. The event will be conducted 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Attica High School on 3338 East Main St. It will be hosted by the Attica FFA.

The annual event features maple experts sharing knowledge and giving updates on new developments.

Session topics will include:

Maple Syrup Production for Beginners.
Funding Opportunities.
Maple Marketing and Promotion.
Value Added Maple.
Invasive Species.
Vacuum Pumps.

Those attending are also encouraged to bring their hydrometers and refractometers to be checked.

Registration is $15 and will include lunch and door prizes.
