Join WNY PRISM for our Spring Partner Meeting on Thursday, April 17 from 9:30 am – Noon at Iroquois National Wildlife Refuge, which is located at 1101 Casey Road, Basom, NY 14013. The meeting will be held in the Visitor Center.

As part of the program, we will hear about resource management at Iroquois National Wildlife Refuge from Logan Sauer, Park Ranger/Visitor Services Manager with Iroquois National Wildlife Refuge, about updates to New York Invasive Species Information (NYIS.info) from guest speaker Megan Kocher, Great Lakes Outreach Coordinator with New York Sea Grant, and about an adaptive approach to early detection and monitoring using environmental DNA (eDNA) metabarcoding from guest speaker Colleen Keefer, Fish Biologist with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. We’ll also hear updates from WNY PRISM and partners. Read more in the below flyer! We encourage partners to bring information and outreach materials they would like to share.
