The New York State Departments of Environmental Conservation (DEC) and Agriculture and Markets (DAM) announced the release of the State’s draft Invasive Species Comprehensive Management Plan for public comment – open until June 1, 2018.

WNY PRISM has an opening for a Slender False Brome Project Manager. Slender False Brome (Brachypodium sylvaticum) is an invasive species that has the ability to invade a wide-range of habitats and dominate these areas to the near complete exclusion of native vegetation.
